Our Pamper Days are designed to be a different and beneficial way to relax and unwind with family or friends. With our extended, refurbished retreat we can host 1 to 4 people. This is a time for talking and relaxing whilst improving your bodies health and well being. With treatments that help release toxins, boost the immune system, helping your mind body and soul to be balanced, leaving you feeling revitalized, calm and extremely relaxed.

Each of our special packages will include the use of the spa hot tub, two person steam or shower unit, light lunch (days), cakes and tea (evenings.) A robe will be provided for the day, but swim wear will be needed. Set in the beautiful Essex country side, the retreat has a relaxed farmhouse environment, with many pets inside and out to pet.

Day packages available on Tuesdays, , Fridays and Saturdays.

Morning packages Tuesday to Saturday (not Thursdays)

Evening Packages Monday, Tuesday and Friday

Time for you to relax !

Now available for 1-2 people -  2 day Pamper Retreat with overnight stay at the Retreat in our comfortable twin room (see the accommodation page for full details). Self service Continental Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included.                                                       £235 for one person    £470 for two persons

Or you can have a 3 - 5 day stay with treatments when required. Prices on request.
